Here’s what actually happened.
Now, through one announcement, the Trump administration says it is seeking to denaturalize 17 foreignb born American citizens.
They’re all being accused of concealing criminal conduct or fraud or using false identities during the immigration process.
Some of them were convicted of sex crimes against children.
Others were accused of fraud and financial crimes.
And now they’re facing the threat of being denaturalized.
And if that occurs, they could be deported.
Historically, this procedure has been limited, complex, and seldom used by prior administrations.
In fact, read between 1990 and 2017, the Justice Department on average filed just 11 dnaturalization cases per year.
The simple answer to your question is yes.
Long-standing federal law has always granted the Justice Department the power and legal authority to try to denaturalize or revoke the citizenship of people who were born overseas but subsequently became American citizens on certain grounds, including if they have been alleged to have concealed information, including potential criminal conduct and activity during the immigration process when they applied to become naturalized American citizens.
The Department of Justice, Todd Blanch running it, just announced the largest denaturalization effort ever attempted in the United States of America.

Todd Blanch, he said it plainly, “If you became a citizen through fraud, you should be very worried.
Not because the government’s being mean, because that’s the law.
In fact, if you didn’t commit fraud to become a citizen, you have nothing to fear.
” According to him, you were going to come and become a citizen in this country, but you’re going to do it by fraud.
You’re going to do it in a way that’s illegal.
um you should be worried who our targets are.
We are not limiting ourselves to anybody um in particular except to say that that unfortunately and I think you’re going to hear more about this in the coming days and weeks.
There are a lot of individuals who are citizens who shouldn’t be.
And just like we have a we have an absolute duty to to the citizens of this country to get illegal aliens out cuz they have no right to be here.
We have the same obligations to enforce the laws when it comes to to naturalized citizens who committed a fraud or did something improper in getting that that citizenship.
If you didn’t commit a crime in the way you committed the way you became a citizen, I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
So I don’t think it’s true that those 24 million citizens are worried.
I think there’s a very small percentage of them who are worried and yes, they should be.
So yes, of course, egregious egregious um lies or fraud is something that we would prioritize.
We shouldn’t tolerate fraud.
It’s a very drastic reward being naturalized committing fraud.
You got us.
Your fraud wasn’t that bad, so you can stay here.
I mean, I’m not sure that’s what the law says.
Very simple, very clean, logical.
The kind of thing that would be completely uncontroversial if Ilhan Omar were not involved.
Now, for context, from 1990 to 2017, 27 years, the US only denaturalized about 11 people per year.
11 total per year.
Okay? They just did 17 in a single afternoon.
Now, the message is not settled.
The era of consequences has arrived.
So, Ilhan Omar is a sitting US congresswoman representing Minnesota’s fifth district.
She is also, according to Vice President of the United States, JD Vance, someone who committed immigration fraud against America.
Now JD Vance, he said it on the record, not on a podcast, in an official interview.
Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.
The president and the White House have been out saying that she married her brother, that there is uh immigration fraud going on here.
Uh these are deportable denaturalization offenses.
Can you give us an update on that? Yeah, so we actually think that Elon Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.
And I I talked to Stephen Miller about this actually recently.
We’re trying to look at what the remedies are.
That’s the thing that we’re trying to figure out is what are the legal remedies now that we know that she’s committed immigration fraud.
How do you go after her? How do you investigate her? How do you actually do the thing? How do you build a case necessary to get some some some justice for the American people? There’s a related issue, Benny, which is she has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somalian community.
So, do I know that Ilan Omar was aware that the Quality Learing Center was defrauding the American people? I’m not certain of it, but we at least need to investigate it because if people can commit wrongdoing without even the fear that they’re going to be found out, that that’s a fundamental problem.
So, I’m worried about the immigration fraud.
I’m also worried about what did Elon Omar know about what was happening in the Somali community and why was nobody looking into it.
So, the vice president of the United States said that out loud with the cameras rolling and President Trump has echoed it.
So has the DOJ investigation that’s been building for months.
That is why I’m also asking you to end deadly sanctuary cities that protect the criminals and enact serious penalties for public officials who block the removal of criminal aliens.
In many cases, drug lords, murderers all over our country.
They’re blocking the removal of these people out of our country.
And you should be ashamed of yourself.
Now, this is not a rumor.
I mean, this isn’t a tweet from an anonymous account.
The second highest official in the country just called it fraud by name.
This is not a headline you can just walk back.
So, let’s go ahead and follow the paper trail, shall we? Because this is really where it gets genuinely unhinged.
2002, Ilhan Omar marries Ahmed Hy in a religious ceremony, has kids with him.
Life proceeds 2009.
Ilhan Omar legally marries a different man Ahmed Elme in a courthouse.
Now the allegation Ahmed Elme is her brother now innocent until proven guilty always.
But here’s the legal problem that just doesn’t go away even if the brother allegation is completely wrong.
Was it a sham marriage? A fake marriage used to gain immigration benefits? Because under the federal law 8 USC1451A, a sham marriage on an immigration application is grounds for citizenship revocation.
Full stop, guys.
She then divorced Elme, returned to Hery, then divorced again to marry Tim Minette, her campaign manager.
Three marriages, two Ameds, one very expensive campaign manager, one active investigation, and one file on someone’s desk at the DOJ.
Now, right now, pause for a second, guys.

They say it’s the worst country anywhere in the world.
And we got some beauties out there, but it’s the worst.
And then she comes here from Somalia and she tells us how to run the United States of America.
She says, she says, “The Constitution gives me certain rights.
” Gives me certain rights.
And uh I demand that I be given these rights.
Get the hell out.
What a phony.
And then she married a brother to come in.
I don’t know.
You know, you’re not.
But I think I would imagine they’re looking at her.
I have nothing to do with it.
I would imagine.
Of course, I have nothing to do.
I have nothing.
But I believe she married her brother, which is totally illegal.
Although it’s a lovely couple, actually, but it’s a little it’s a little bit on the illegal side, darling.

Did you see last month she accidentally checked the wrong box? It said she was worth $38 million and law enforcement came after her for that.
And then all of a sudden she was worth less than $80,000.
And she said it was accounting.
It was an accounting era.
That was not a very good accountant, was it? Huh? No.
Their whole life is based on fraud and a scam.
The whole thing is a scam.
And we ought to get those people the hell out of our country.
Now, here’s where the story stops being political and it starts becoming criminal.
Tim Minette, husband number what? Number three, he was paid nearly $3 million running Ilhan Omar’s congressional campaigns.
$3 million, guys, for a congressional race.
That just doesn’t happen.
No congressional campaign pays its manager $3 million.
This number is simply just not real normal politics, is it? But Tim Minette is her husband.
So the money goes from donor to campaign to husband.
Interesting.
It’s one household.
The FEC has rules about that.
Federal prosecutors have rules about that.
In fact, it gets even worse.
The US Treasury’s anti-terror unit, the agency that freezes the assets of foreign terrorists and rogue regimes, froze funds connected to Tim Minette and his business partner.
The terror unit froze his funds.
Okay.
So, one commenter nailed it completely.
She said, you know, she’ll leave with $30 million and we are the fools.
Not if assets get frozen first, though.
The clock is ticking.
Now, of course, we need to zoom out to the biggest fraud story you never heard on CNN, Feeding Our Future.
So, Feeding Our Future was a federal food program in Minnesota.
Now, on paper, it fed children.
In reality, it was a pipeline.
It was a machine.
$9 billion stolen from American taxpayers.
The money flowed primarily through Minnesota’s Somali immigrant community.
fake organizations, ghost kitchens, invented children, real cash, cash just walking out of Minneapolis airport at a rate that investigators called and and this is their word, unprecedented.
So, here’s where Ilhan Omar enters the part of the story here.
Okay.
Her campaign victory party was thrown by one of the lead fraudsters at his restaurant.
Now, she has said that she knew nothing.
Fine.
Okay.
So, the DOJ investigation will answer that question for her.
But you don’t get to be the congresswoman of a $9 billion fraud machine and just go ahead and say, “Oh, I didn’t know.
” Not anymore.
Not with this DOJ.
So, this is the part that should make every American furious regardless of party.
The new House Oversight Report confirms that Governor Tim Walls and Attorney General Keith Ellison, both of Minnesota, they knew about the feeding our future fraud as early as 2020.
They knew and they let the payments just keep on going out.
So, the question that everyone is asking right now is why? The report says it plainly, fear of being accused of racial discrimination because the defendants were from the Somali immigrant community.
So the governor and attorney general of Minnesota, they just watched billions of taxpayer dollars get stolen and they said nothing.
They did nothing and they went after the whistleblowers who tried to stop it.
The whistleblowers, they went after the people who were trying to save the money.
The House Oversight Committee has sent a formal letter to the White House task force demanding a full review of every Minnesota social service program.
potentially billions of dollars were paid to fraudulent actors while officials look the other way.
Now, this is not a clerical error.
This is a cover up, and cover-ups have a price.
So, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just sued a Chinese-owned company for running a daycare.
Except uh the daycare just doesn’t exist.
Not struggling, not poorly reviewed, fictional, a daycare that never watched a single child, built entirely to funnel people into H-1B visas.
How did you find this? This was uh Chinese nationals running a company.
fake child care business to get people fraudulently these high-skilled visas.
What did you do to find it? So, it’s not easy.
We actually used AI and we were looking for ads in China and we discovered this company that was doing ads in Chinese, which we none nobody in my office speaks Chinese, but AI helped us interpret those those words.
And we discovered that they were advertising to Chinese citizens, Chinese women to come over here and they would use a tourism visa or HB1 visa and they would allow them to have their babies in Texas and then they’d of course get birthright citizenship and then these babies can come back as as US citizens whenever they wanted to to vote to potentially run for office and also to be influenced by the Chinese Communist Party.
So obviously this is a concern.
I don’t know how many of these are going on across the country, but this one in particular has been going on for almost 20 years.
20 years.
Wow.
This sounds like a scheme.
Uh when you talk about birth tourism and H-1B visas, and we’ve covered that, you’re doing great work on that, too.
But this isn’t an isolation.
You say that there could be 30 North Texas businesses that are suspected of the same kind of fraud.
So, this isn’t just a one-off.
No, no.
We’ve we have investigations right now of 30 uh North Texas businesses.
That’s just a a a you know, small part of of Texas.
We haven’t even covered the gamut of the entire state.
Imagine if we’re investigating 30 companies that potentially are doing things like this that are scamming consumers.
Imagine what’s going on across the country.
And we don’t we don’t have federal authority.
All we’re focused on is what we can focus on, which is consumer fraud in Texas, violating Texas law.
Now, somewhere in an actual meeting, somebody said, “America has a lot of kids.
What if we just said, you know, we watched them.
” And that plan worked for a while.
Fake daycarees in Texas, fake degrees in India, fake marriages in Minnesota.
Guys, it is not isolated.
This is a system, and finally, the system has a price tag.
Asked recently about the possibility of deportation, Ilhan Omar said, “I don’t even know why this is such a scary threat.
I’m not the 8-year-old who escaped war anymore.
I can go live wherever I want.
” Well, okay, great.
Then you’re welcome to depart.
But bravado skips over a very small detail.
There’s also a federal fraud investigation at play here.
Possibly a prison sentence before any deportation.
You cannot pack for Somalia from a federal holding facility.
And if the Treasury freeze on Tim Binance accounts holds, the money conversation has already begun.
Confidence is easy when you think nothing’s coming.
17 people just found out otherwise.
Somalia’s president on camera in public said this about Ilhan Omar.
The interests of Ilhan Omar are not the interests of Minnesota.
They are the interests of Somalia and the Somali people.
He then flew to Minnesota and campaigned for her on American soil.
Like this is called foreign interference.
It happened openly.
The Biden DOJ launched an investigation in 2024 into Ilhan Omar over a specific unnamed foreign national.
The Somali president’s visit was publicly reported.
Now, under the same statutes now driving the dactualization campaign, espionage and ties to foreign governments are grounds for citizenship revocation.
Now, this is not just a fraud case.
This may be a national security case.
Here’s what the comment section already knows and Washington just won’t say out loud.
Donald Trump was indicted in four jurisdictions simultaneously.
Prosecutors moved at warp speed, wall-to-wall coverage.
Ilhan Omar has been incredibly accused of marriage fraud, campaign finance fraud, and even connections to a $9 billion theft ring.
How many charges? Zero.
How many arrests? Zero.
Tim Walsh knew.
Ellison knew.
The Biden DOJ knew.
Nobody moves.
Politics, not law.

These are people that do nothing but complain.

And from where they came from, they got nothing.
